Mr. Koç graduated from Middle East Technical University Industrial Engineering Faculty in 1996. Then, he worked as a technical and reinsurance manager in the non-life insurance sector for 11 years and as an international reinsurance broker for 2 years. KOÇ, has been the General Manager of Neova Insurance Company since January 1, 2009. He is also the chairman of the Association of Participation Insurance, which was founded in 2014. Furthermore, He has been in the Interest-free Finance Coordination Board as a member (chairman of the Association of Participation Insurance) established in 2015 by the Prime Ministry Circular with the aim of contributing to the vision of the international financial center of our country with the faster and healthier development of the interest-free finance system. Since 2012, He has been a member of the Management Committee of Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre (SBM), and as of May 2018 he was elected to the Non-Life Executive Committee Membership of Insurance Association of Turkey.
Member / Vice Chairman of the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision BoardMahir Çipil, who graduated from the Department of Business of the Hacettepe University completed his postgraduate study (MBA) in Cornell University in the USA and also in the London Business School in England. Mr.Çipil, who commenced his career in the Undersecretariat of Treasury for the Prime Ministry in 2000, performed duties in various positions within the Directorate General of Insurance and Directorate General of Foreign Economic Relations. Within the Undersecretariat, he took part in the management of various works particularly the regulation transactions with respect to the insurance companies, legislative arrangements, establishment of the structures of National Catastrophe Insurance Pool (NCIP) and the Insurance Information and Monitoring Center (IIMC) and strategic planning. He was responsible for the change management projects such as the centralization of the damage, technical and collection transactions and restructuring of the operational processes in the capacity of the director responsible for the Strategy and Project Management in the Groupama Sigorta and Groupama Emeklilik companies in 2010. Mahir Çipil who joined in the Zurich Sigorta as the Project Management and Organization Director in 2013, was appointed to the position of the Marketing Director and the Member of the Executive Board in June 2013 in addition to this position subsequent to participating in the bancassurance integration and strategic purchasing projects. He managed the works such as the restructuring of the customer satisfaction processes, establishment of the digital channel strategy and product optimization. As from 2015, he became responsible for all damage functions in the capacity of the Damage Director in addition to his marketing responsibilities. Meanwhile, from 2016 to 2020, he worked in the capacity of the Marketing and Business Development Director within the Vienna Insurance Group (Ray Sigorta) as the senior director responsible for different functions such as direct and digital sales, sales coordination, operation of the distribution channels, call centers, customer satisfaction, internal communication, corporate communication, marketing, products, marketing and digital channels. Mr. Çipil, who provided trainings in various universities and institutions until today regarding the subjects such as marketing, digital transformation, sales, project management and insurance, has eight books and four of these books are in the academic nature. Mahir Çipil has been holding the office of the Vice Chairman in the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency (IPPRSA). Furthermore, Mr. Çipil gives postgraduate lectures regarding the project management as an academician in the Istanbul Bilgi University.

Mr.Güler completed his undergraduate education at the Faculty of Political Sciences of Ankara University in 2001. In 2016, he completed his master's degree in Economics at the University of Illinois. Between 2003 and 2006, he worked as an Assistant Revenue Specialist in the Ministry of Finance. In 2006, he started to work as an Assistant Insurance Supervisor at the Insurance Supervision Board and was appointed as Insurance Supervision Specialist in 2009. From 2017 to 2018, he served as the Istanbul Group Presidency in the Insurance Supervision Board and as the Vice President of the Insurance Supervision Board in February 2018. Since May 2018, he is acting as the Chairman of the Insurance Supervision Board. As of June 2018, he is a member of the Management Committee of the Insurance Information and Monitoring Center. At the same time, he was appointed as the chairman of TCIP as of September 2019.
Member / General Manager of Fiba EmeklilikMr. Öztürkoğlu who completed his education in the Mathematics Department of the Yıldız Technical University studied for the master degree with regard to Insurance in the Marmara University and with respect to Actuary in the Bahçeşehir University subsequent to his graduation. Mr. Öztürkoğlu who commenced his career in the insurance sector in 1996 worked in various positions in Garanti Sigorta A.Ş. and Garanti Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş.. Subsequent to his duty performed as the Technical and Actuary Unit Manager of Garanti Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş., he was assigned as the Technical, Operation and Information Processing Responsible Person and in addition to this as the Deputy Director General of the Company who was responsible for the Financial Affairs as of 26 November 2012. Mr. Öztürkoğlu who has continued to hold the position of General Manager of Fiba Emeklilik since 01.02.2017 is also performing duties in the Management Committee of the Insurance Information and Monitoring Center.

Mr. Hakseven holds a degree in Computer Sciences Engineering Department at Yıldız Technical University. After his graduation, he completed his Master Degree in the Production Management Department of İstanbul University Business Administration Faculty.
He started his professional career in the area of information technologies in the banking sector. He served as Network Specialist, System Analyst, Software Specialist, Database Manager, Project Manager, Head of IT Department , Software and Business Development Director at numerous public and private sector organizations.In addition, serving as senior management positions, he also carried out academic studies in the Software Reliability Models and Software Development Methodologies areas. Mr. Hakseven had started to work as an Executive Vice Manager responsible of Operations Group for Bileşim A.Ş. and recently, Mr. Hakseven served as an Executive Vice Manager responsible of Information Technologies at Bileşim A.Ş. Mr. Hakseven has been assigned as the General Manager of Insurance Information and Monitoring Center as of July 2017.
