Değişen Kasko Genel Şartlarına göre, onarım
yapılacak olması halinde poliçede, onarım
şirketçe belirlenecek servislerden veya sigortalı
tarafından belirlenecek servislerden hangisinde
yapılacağı hususu açıkça yer almaktadır. Ayrıca
hasarın tazmininde orijinal parça veya eşdeğer
parça seçeneklerinden hangisinin kullanılacağı
belirtilmektedir. Bu yönde bir belirleme olmazsa
sigortalının tercih ettiği tazmin yöntemi, servis ve
parça esas alınmaktadır.
Bu kapsamda 2017 yılının ilk 4 ayında düzenlenen
poliçelerde, servis seçim tipi ve parça tercihleri
aşağıdaki gibi oluşturulmuştur.
Riziko gerçekleştiğinde onarım yapılacak olması
halinde, sigortalı tarafından belirlenen servislerde
yapılan onarım, şirket tarafından belirlenen
servislerde yapılana göre çok daha fazladır. Ancak
belirtilmemiş olan adet çoğunluktadır.
According to the revised Comprehensive Coverage
Requirements, in case of a repair, the policy clearly
specifies if the repair will bemade at a service center
to be determined by the company or a service center
to be determined by the beneficiary. In addition, the
policy also specifies if an original replacement part
or an equivalent replacement part will be used for
the claim. If no specification is made by the policy,
the compensation method, service center and
replacement part type preferred by the beneficiary
is taken as basis.
In this regard, for policies created in January to
April 2017, service center selection type and part
preferences are created as follows.
It is seen that, in case a repair has to be made in case
of an incident, the number of repairsmade at service
centers selected by the beneficiary is much higher
than the number of repairs made at the service
centers to be determined by the company. However,
‘non-specified’ category has the highest number.
