PMI Türkiye, ülkemizde proje yönetimi farkındalığını
artırmak, proje yöneticiliğinin tüm disiplinlerde
bir meslek olarak kabul görmesini sağlamak, proje
yönetiminin teori ve uygulamalarını geliştirmek ve
yaygınlaştırmak, proje yönetiminde profesyonelliği
ve kaliteyi teşvik etmek, etik kuralların, mesleki
standartların
ve
akreditasyon
koşullarının
geliştirilmesini ve korunmasını sağlamak için
çalışmaktadır.
PMBOK®
(Project
Management
Body
of
Knowledge - Proje Yönetimi Bilgi Birikimi Kılavuzu)
yerelleştirilmesi ve PMP Sertifikası Sınavı’nın
Türkçe desteği ile sunulması çalışmalarını yapan
PMI Türkiye, ülkemizdeki yetkin ve yetişmiş Proje
Yöneticileri'nin artması için gayret göstermektedir.
Derneğin Telekomünikasyon, Bilişim ve Finans başta
olmak üzere çeşitli sektörlerden 776’dan fazla üyesi
bulunmaktadır.PMITürkiyeülkemizdeprojeyönetimi
alanında referans noktası ve paylaşım platformu
olmayı hedefleyen Sivil Toplum Kuruluşu’dur.

PMI’s mission in Turkey is to improve project
management awareness, to ensure that project
management is recognized as an occupation in all
disciplines, to help develop theory and practices
related to project management and to make
them widespread, to encourage professionalism
and quality in project management, and to help
develop and maintain ethical rules, occupational
standards and accreditation conditions.
PMI Turkey works on a project for localization of
PMBOK®(ProjectManagementBodyofKnowledge)
and a project for developing Turkish language
version of PMP certification examination and
strives to help increase the number of competent
and trained project managers in our country.
PMI Turkey has over 776 members from numerous
sectors with telecommunications, IT and Finance
being the leading ones. PMI Turkey is a non-
governmental organization that aims to serve as a
reference point and knowledge-sharing platform in
the area of project management in Turkey.
