OSEM Parça Takip Sistemi'nin temel amacı; sigorta
şirketlerinin parça tedariğinde, doğrulanmış
mevzuata uygun parçaların kullanılmasına zemin
hazırlamaktır. Üretici, distribütör, dağıtıcı, onarım
servisi, sigorta şirketi, eksper ve sigortalı dahil
belirlenen aşamalarda tedariği yapılan parçayı
kontrol edip doğrulamaktır. OSEM Parça Takip
Sistemi ile haksız rekabet önlenirken, sigortalı
müşterinin memnuniyeti ve sigortalı-sigortacı
güven zeminine destek olunmaya çalışılacaktır.
OSEM Parça Takip Sistemi oto sigortasında kamu
menfaatleri üzerine odaklanmış bir yapı olup
açık ve şeffaf sistemdir. Parça takip sisteminde
tüm izlemeler ve doğrulamalar özel yazılımlarla
yapılırken mobil uygulamalar dahil taklit
edilemeyen özel akıllı etiketlerle güncel teknolojik
altyapılar kullanılmaktadır. Sistem kullanıcıları
için akıllı telefon, tablet, masaüstü bilgisayar
gibi cihazlarla OSEM internet sitesi üzerinden
her an parça bilgisini kontrol etme imkanı
sağlanmaktadır.

Sigortacılık Genel Müdürlüğü Genelgelerini
referans alan sistem; OSEM(Sertifikasyon ve Eğitim
Merkezi) SBM(Sigorta Bilgi ve GözetimMerkezi) IT
altyapısında oluşturulmuş, konusunda uluslararası
tecrübeye, uzmanlığa sahip ve aynı zamanda GİB
(Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı)’nın etiketleme ve takip
işlerini yapan SİCPA firması ile gerçekleşen işbirliği
kapsamında sonuçlandırılmıştır.

of OSEM part monitoring system is to enable the
insurance companies to procure and use the parts
which are approved by the legislations in force. The
producer, distributor, repair workshop, insurance
company, appraiser and insured may check and
approve the supplied parts in any step of the
process. OSEM part monitoring system prevents
the unfair competition, generates insured customer
satisfaction and builds up trust/confidence
between the insured and the insurance company.
OSEM part monitoring system is a structure
focused on public benefits in auto branch as well
as being an open and transparent function. All
the monitoring and approval actions in the part
monitoring system are performed using special
software; whereas the specific smart labels
strengthen the underlying technology for all the
versions including inimitable mobile applications.
OSEM internet site provides the opportunity of
checking the part information at any time by use of
phones, tablet computers, PCs etc. devices.
The system particularly references the (i) Nr.
2017/3 Communiqué for the Exemption related
to the Vertical Agreements in the Motor Vehicles
Industry declared by Competition Authority and (ii)
Directives declared by Treasury Undersecretariat,
Insurance General Directorate; whereas, it has
been developed in OSEM Certification and Training
Centre as to suit with SBM Insurance Information
and Monitoring Centre IT infrastructure. Besides,
