Dolayısıyla her yaratılan sistemde kaynakların
verimli kullanılması, doğru organizasyon yapılarının
oluşturulması, teknolojik gelişimlerin sistem
içinde yer bulması, sonucunda ekonomik bir değer
yaratılması bu kavramların birbiriyle ne kadar yakın
olduğunun göstergesidir.
Oto sigortası kapsamında; ağırlıklı maddi hasarın
yönetimine yönelik birçok teknolojik altyapı ile
her şirket kendine özel sistemler yaratmış ve
uzun zamandır da kullanmaktadır. Kullanılan
doğru altyapılar ana amaca ulaşmada psikolojik
ortam yaratıp sonucu itibariyle güven sağlamaya
müşteri memnuniyetini yakalamaya ve bu noktada
sürdürülebilirliği oluşturmaya çalışmaktadır.
Benzer amaçlar doğrultusunda OSEM, oto
branşında TSB üyesi şirketlerimize sistem
yaklaşımı ile şirketlerin ekonomik altyapılarını
geliştirecek önemli projeler oluşturmaktadır ve
hayata geçirmektedir. Bu projelerden biri de OSEM
PARÇA TAKİP SİSTEMİ’dir. Üreticiden tüketiciye
kadar sigorta şirketlerinin oto yedek parça
tedarik zinciri içindeki tüm aşamaları kontrol edip
doğrulamaktadır.

company has established specific systems using
many technological infrastructures related to the
management of (predominantly) the material
losses and has been using them for a long time.
The correct infrastructures in use generate positive
psychological environments required for reaching
the main target; whereas, they build up confidence,
customer satisfaction and sustainability. In parallel
with similar objectives, OSEM provides significant
auto branch projects, under the system approach,
for the TSB member companies that may improve
the economic infrastructures of such companies.
