The Management Committee, which is called the Coordination Committee until the amendment of the Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated November 03, 2011 and numbered 28131, is the decision making body of the Center. Members of the Management Committee serve for 3 years.The Management Committee consists of five members as follows: (According to Article 1 of the Regulation on the Amendment of the Insurance Information and Supervision Center Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 22.06.2018 and numbered 30456,)The non-life management committee and two members to be elected by the Life and Pension Management Committee, two members to be determined by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Treasury and Finance, and the Head of the Center are among the personnel who are general managers of insurance and pension companies.
He was born in 1979 in Ankara. He completed his undergraduate education at the Faculty of Political Sciences of Ankara University in 2001.
Between 2003 and 2006, he worked as an Assistant Revenue Specialist in the Ministry of Finance. In 2006, he started to work as an Assistant Insurance Supervisor at the Insurance Supervision Board and was appointed as Insurance Supervision Specialist in 2009. In 2016, he completed his master's degree in Economics at the University of Illinois. From 2017 to 2018, he served as the Istanbul Group Presidency in the Insurance Supervision Board and as the Vice President of the Insurance Supervision Board in February 2018. Since May 2018, he is acting as the Chairman of the Insurance Supervision Board. As of June 2018, he is a member of the Management Committee of the Insurance Information and Monitoring Center.

Mr. Kayacı graduated from Hacettepe
Unıversıty Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of
Public Finance in 1996. After the exam opened in the same year, he started
working as Treasury assistant specialist under the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Treasury and Finance in 1997.
During his working period under the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Treasury and Finance, he graduated from Michigan State
University with a master’s degree in economics. In addition, He was also
appointed as a consultant for the Corporate and Financial Affairs Directorate
of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD),
headquartered in Paris.
Mr. Kayacı, was appointed as the General Manager
Deputy of Insurance in march 2018, was also a member of TARSİM Board of
Directors and President of DASK Board of Directors.
He was born in Ankara and in 1964. He holds a degree in economics from the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences at the Middle East Technical University. He started his career in 1986 as an assistant inspector trainee on the Board of Inspectors of İşbank. He worked as an assistant manager in the Bank’s Information Processing Department in 1994, and assistant manager in the Software Development Department from 1995 to 1998, when he was appointed as group head in the same department. Brought to the position of Deputy CEO of Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik on 14 July 2003, Mr. Erkan has been appointed as the CEO of Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik effective 25 July 2014.
Uğur Erkan is a member of Emeklilik Gözetim Merkezi since October 2014.
He is also a member of the Life and Pension Management Committee of Insurance Assocation of Turkey.
Mr. Hakseven started his professional career in the area of information technologies in the banking sector. He served as Network Specialist, System Analyst, Software Specialist, Database Manager, Project Manager, Head of IT Department , Software and Business Development Director at numerous public and private sector organizations. In addition, serving as senior management positions, he also carried out academic studies in the Software Reliability Models and Software Development Methodologies areas.
Mr. Hakseven had started to work as an Executive Vice Manager responsible of Operations Group for Bileşim A.Ş. and recently, Mr. Hakseven served as an Executive Vice Manager responsible of Information Technologies at Bileşim A.Ş. Mr. Hakseven has been assigned as the General Manager of Insurance Information and Monitoring Center as of July 2017.
After graduating from the Computer Sciences Engineering Department at Yıldız Technical University, Mr. Hakseven completed his Master’s Degree in the Production Management Department of İstanbul University Business Administration Faculty.
