Wewouldliketopublishourmagazineineveryfourmonthsandtoshare
theactualdevelopmentswhichtookplaceeveryfourmonthperiodabout
SBM.Wethinkofusingthemagazineasthemostefectivewayparticularly
toprovideinformationabouttheprojects,todeliverusefulinformation
onapplicationsusedinlivesystems,tosharebriefinformationaboutthe
techniquesandtechnologiesusedintheindustry,topublisheficientand
efectiveinterviewswithpeopleintheindustry,toincludeyoursuggestions,

InparalelwithdevelopmentsinthefieldofInformationTechnologyand
theseexpectationsinthebusinesworld,westartedtoperformtherequired
movesquicklytoenhanceInsuranceInformationandMonitoringCenterin
theinsurancesector.
WestartedourtransformationfirstlywiththetransitiontoanITandproces
basedorganization.Wearecompletelychangingourwayofdoingbusines
andproceses.Weareapproachingtotheworldstandards.Infact,there
isnoneedtoreinventAmerica.Weaimtoincreaseourlevelofmaturity
onlybyapplyingthestandardssuchasCOBIT,CMMI,ITIL,ISO27001and
bytakingthenecesaryactionsinacordancewiththesestandards.Ifwe
canbringourmaturitylevelsfrom1-2levelsto4-5levelsinmanyareas,
webelievewithalmyfriendsinSBMthatwewilseeanSBMwhichgive
directiontothesectorandpavethewayfortheindustrybutnotinterfering
tothesector.Atthispoint,thesupportofaloftheplayersintheinsurance
sectorisveryvaluableandveryimportantforus.Iwouldliketothank
