Yunus Nadi Erdemir, has served as professional consultant and middle and senior level executive in
Banking (Garanti Teknoloji, Eurobank Tekfen, Ziraat Bankası, Denizbank) and
Insurance (Aegon Hayat Emeklilik) industries. He served as director in charge of Basic Banking and Investment products during the project for software development for New Banking Packages at Denizbank, Osmanlı Bankası and Ziraat Bankası.
Mr. Erdemir successfully brought to life numerous international projects such as the
Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence Project for the Azerbaijan Central Bank as well as
Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence and Analytical CRM Projects for Aegon Hayat Emeklilik, Ministry of Finance of Georgia, VTB Bank and Nikoil Bank (Russian Banks), Aldagı BCI Insurance of Georgia, ASB Bank of Azerbaijan, ATABank of Azerbaijan and Yapı Kredi Bank of Azerbaijan.

Mr. Erdemir gave numerous seminars in the areas of Digital Technologies, Mobile Technologies, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence and Analytical Technologies.
Yunus Nadi Erdemir has undergraduate degrees in
Mathematics and Statistics from Anadolu University and Graduate Degree in
Computer Engineering from Beykent University. Mr. Erdemir also took PhD courses in the area of
Data Mining at School of Business of İstanbul University.
After graduating from the Department of Computer Engineering of istanbul University in 2000, he completed his graduate degree in Management at İstanbul Bilgi University.
He started his professional career at Türk Dış Ticaret Bank which was later acquired by Fortis Bank in 2001 and worked there as Assistant Director of Software Development. At Anadolubank, he served in the Primary Banking Software Development team as the Project Leader. Later he served as Applications Director at Bankpozitif, as Project Management Office Manager at BNP Paribas Cardif, and as Manager in the Information Technologies Consultancy team at EY (formerly known as Ernst & Young). In December 2016, he joined Insurance Information and Monitoring Center as the Information Technologies Service Management Director and continues to serve in the same position since then.
Mr. Güneş completed his undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering at Boğaziçi University in 2001. He continues his on his thesis project as part of his graduate degree in Insurance Business at Marmara University and in Computer Engineering at Gebze Institute of Advanced Technologies. Mr. Güneş started his professional career as Assistant Specialists in Software Development at Eczacıbaşı Holding in 1999.
During the five years at SFS, where he started his career in the insurance industry in 2003, he worked as Software Engineer, Product Manager and Software Manager. At Dubai Grup Sigorta where he started working as Product and Software Development Manager in 2008, he was appointed as IT Director in January 2012. In July 2013, he left Dubai Group Sigorta (currently DubaiStarr) and joined Insurance Information and Monitoring Center. He currently serves as Insurance Industry Solutions Development Director at Insurance Information and Monitoring Center. He is married and has 2 children.
After completing his undergraduate degree in Bachelor Science of Chemistry at Yıldız Technical University in 1995, he completed his graduate degree in Business at School of Business Economics at İstanbul University. In 1999, he completed the Casualty and Motor Parties department at Turkish Insurance Institution. He attended plenty of personal development trainings as part of the management trainee program at Sabancı Holding.
He started his professional career as quality control engineer at Pepsi in 1998. At Aksigorta where he started working as a management trainee in the same year, he worked a total of 15 years at Agencies Marketting, İstanbul First Regional Office and Claims Directorate, 9 years of which was in the executive positions. In 2013, he joined Zurich Sigorta as Motor Claims Manager. In May 2015, he was appointed as the director of SISEB (Insurance Fraud Bureau), which was established under SBM, and he currently serves in this position.
Rıdvan Kılavuz received his B.A. in Business Administration from Marmara University, and his M.A. in Auditing from the same university. He holds CPA Certified Public Accountant, CMB Independent Auditing Licence, CRMA Certification in Risk Management Assurance and Public Oversight Authority Independent Auditor Licence. He performed both financial and operational auditing at Ernst&Young and Turk Telekom Group. In May 2013, he joined Insurance Information and Monitoring Center as Accounting and Finance Manager.
