A novelty in the world!

SBM General Manager Aydın Satıcı made the following comment about the award: ‘We are more than glad to see that Mobile Accident Report application which was launched in October 2014 won this award. Mobile Accident Report is one of the most innovative and beneficial products that the insurance industry has ever developed. With this application, accident report creation time which was previously 1 to 1.5 hours in the past has been brought down to 10 minutes while the accident fault rate determination time which was previously 14 days has been brought down to 3 days. Decreasing traffic jams, allowing insurance companies to provide faster and higher quality service to their customers, preventing fraud are only some of the benefits of the Mobile Accident Report.”

Aydın Satıcı also stated that in order to get the maximum benefit from the Mobile Accident Report, the application needs to be installed on 20 million smart phones and all accident reports should be created through the application.
