With the new Otokontrol 5664 system, users are now able to raise disputes against their damage reports.

With a view to improving customer satisfaction and providing faster service, SBM recently integrated its “SBM Support Application” with the new “SMS Damage Objection(Otokontrol 5664)”. Thanks to the new application that has officially been available as of 1 January 2014, users will be able to instantly raise disputes against any damage report retrieved from the system.

Goal is providing the fastest solution in the most convenient way
Configured in a manner to allow rapid access to the main source of the problem, the application follows the following pathway : “User making the request -> SBM -> Insurance Companies”. This way, the total workload is lowered and problem is solved more conveniently.

With the new system the user logins to the system using information about the vehicle in question and his/her phone number on the record. Upon login, the system automatically attempts to access the main source of the problem. For example, when the date of the damage report in question is entered, the system retrieves information about the related insurance company or companies, sending the case directly to the application screen of the related insurance company or companies. The system also sends e-mail to the insurance companies regarding the issue. And the insurance companies determine the cause of the problem and provide a solution if the claim is correct, sending out an e-mail about the issue to the user.

The goal of SBM with this application is providing the fastest service possible to the users in case they experience problems.
