Expert Reports can be inquired and displayed by insured, injured parties and those who want to see the accident from perspective of an expert.

Reports that are signed by e-signature from among Expert Reports Information System (EKSRAP) Expert reports are communicated to the Center via web service provided by SBM or insurance companies’ software.

Expert reports have been structured not to allow any intervention even on a single dot by any person other than experts.

Quality and impartiality of information provided is crucial for industrial stakeholders. Only reports gathered in the Center for traffic and motor insurance products for auto branch are qualified to have all details in an expert’s report.

Business intelligence reports, from which the industry can benefit in the scope of Expert Reports that started to be collected as of 1 January 2012, have been created.

  • Some benefits statistical reports to be obtained from Expert Reports will provide:
  • Comparison of cost distributions on part and labor type basis with industrial costs,
  • Determining cost differences in agreement and non-agreement repair shops,
  • Comparison of part-labor costs in authorized and unauthorized repair shops,
  • Determining heavy damaged vehicle rates of companies and heavy damage reasons,
  • Healthy pricing as costs can be calculated according to breakdowns such as age, sex of the driver and vehicle brand etc.​
Expert Reports can be inquired and displayed by insured, injured parties and those who want to see the accident from perspective of an expert.

It was paid attention that these inquiries are made with special criteria so that information in the nature of proprietary information cannot be accessed by third parties.​
